- Experience with vessel mechanical systems, or other mechanical systems such as heavy line diesel or auto
- High mechanical IQ and an ability to think critically on the job in real-time
- A demonstrated history of reliability as an employee at your previous jobs
- Strong communication skills
- An ability to laugh at yourself and learn every day
